- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 clove garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 medium size pot of water

- now start by boiling neck bones in pot of water along with 2 garlic cloves and 2 tbs salt...boil for about an hour and a half....note: the longer u boil the more tender the meat.
- once the neck bones are boiled add chiles to the blender with 3 garlic cloves 2 tbs salt and add milk...and blend for about 1 minute
- once the chiles are blended run the sauce through a hand strainer over a bowl that way just the sauce runs through and discard the chiles that stay in the strainer
- once all that is done then add sauce and corn starch to the neckbones and mix....note: DO NOT dump out any water cause this is what helps make the sauce....once finished let simmer for about 15 minutes and enjoy....
